Currently, we despatch on Wednesdays for delivery on Thursdays by courier service. If we can deliver to you using our own vans then delivery may be effected on a Tuesday or a Thursday.  However, as our produce is all prepared to order, it is necessary that we have as much notice as you can give us of your order details; preferably one week if possible.  

 

Carriage Charges:

 Under £50.00 order : £10.00

 Under £100.00 order : £5.00

 

This applies to any mainland UK address.

 

Payment can be effected using Mastercard; Visa; Visa Delta; Visa Electron; Visa Purchasing; Jcb; Solo; Switch. Despatch of produce is effected after payment is cleared. Please note that, as food, our produce is not subject to V.A.T.

 

We keep most product items in stock but some are subject to availability. All meats are vacuum packed for maximum freshness and shelf life.

 

Fresh dates are programmed as standard on labels - these can be changed to frozen on request.

 

We can make up quantities to suit your requirements, be they large or small.

 

Prices do vary from month to month and we reserve the right to adjust our prices accordingly, without prior notification.

 

As goods are fresh and vacuum packed, they are unlikely to reach you in anything but a satisfactory condition. Should, however, any item reach you in an unsatisfactory state, we shall aim to replace it or refund the value of the produce, having satisfied ourselves of the problem.  We do aim to please our customers.

 

Cancellation of an order will not normally be accepted after the order has been processed.
